Job Profile Summary

The Investment Services team is responsible for the creation and delivery of high quality client communications for the company's clients worldwide. This role is specifically focused on covering the Man Numeric product area. Man Numeric has a strong focus on quantitative strategies that require a strong analytical capability with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.

Tasks

  • Creation, development and delivery of all Man Numeric focused material
  • Assisting with day-to-day contact with internal and external customers, meeting their requirements and coordinating internal support as required
  • Collaborate with Sales, CPM, Portfolio Management and key stakeholders across the organization to create and disseminate a variety of marketing and investment related materials
  • Quality control and assurance at the highest level. Ensuring that the latest fund research, analysis and messages are integrated
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key distribution partners / CPM stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities and propose new initiatives to support Man Numeric customers, CPM team and Man Group sales team

Requirements

  • Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline required
  • 2-5 years of experience in creating client-focused content in the hedge fund or asset management industry
  • Proven skills in writing, editing and delivery of internal / external marketing materials
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with high quality investment content
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on a local calendar of events and business needs
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders in the organization and identify and engage with numerically oriented and detail-focused colleagues
  • Excellent time management skills to succeed in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • A-Levels/equivalent
  • Non-accounting background welcome. Some experience of working with/exposure to the markets (e.g. investments and funds)
