Job description: Investment Services Presentation Specialist

Main tasks

  • Preparation of presentations for portfolio managers and sales staff in the area of private credit investment
  • Development and delivery of presentations for institutional and retail clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with private credit investment and CPM teams
  • Creation of high-quality sales presentations for the funds offered
  • Presentation of content on an ad hoc basis for various clients

Responsibilities

  • Writing, developing, and delivering presentations using proprietary tools and sales teams
  • Ensuring presentations are of the highest quality and incorporate current industry research, regulatory requirements, analysis, and messaging
  • Collaborate with the Private Credit Portfolio Management Team, CPM, and other key stakeholders to ensure that content is an integral part of all processes.
  • Collaborate with the Discretionary Investment Team and senior team members to create compelling marketing materials
  • Demonstration of technical proficiency in Excel and creation of compelling charts
  • Presentation of complete investment ideas in a logical and visually appealing format
  • Maintenance of product materials on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Act as an ambassador for IS internally and as a positive role model for younger team members

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field required; CFA, CIMA, or IMC qualification preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in client service or content creation within the industry
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Business acumen: Positive attitude and business awareness
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations with a clear and consistent message
  • Strategic integration: Ability to collaborate with senior members of sales and investment management
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand institutional and retail customer requirements and expectations
  • Proactive: Identifying opportunities and initiating projects
  • Organization: Good organizational and time management skills
  • Team orientation: Ability to work independently within a team

Salary and benefits
