Tasks

• Creating compelling and professional presentations for institutional and private clients, industry conferences and other events
• Production of high-quality and professional presentations that are clear and concise
• Write, develop and deliver presentations using proximity to the portfolio management teams
• Ensure presentations are of the highest quality and include the latest industry research, regulatory requirements, statistics and measurements
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and key stakeholders to create customized presentations
• Collaborate with the global investment marketing team and senior team members to create compelling VFT and sales/sector activity
• Translation of complex investment ideas and data into a logical and visually appealing format
• Manage the process of updating product and company materials on a monthly/quarterly basis

Requirements

• Experience in the industry is an advantage, but graduates with strong interest will also be considered
• PowerPoint and Excel skills: Experience and expertise in PowerPoint with suitable knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical ability with good attention to detail
• Positive attitude and business awareness: Ability to create high quality presentation materials with clear and concise messages
• Strategic Involvement: Ability to work with senior members of sales and investment management to support sales activities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment and continuously improve own skills
• Good organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently within a team to meet demanding deadlines
