Investment Specialist

Tasks

As an Investment Specialist, your mission is to increase the adoption of our investment products among our clients, working closely with our advisors. You are the point of reference for promoting and placing all investment solutions. Your main goal is to convert our clients' static liquidity into value-enhancing investments. To do this, you accompany advisors on client visits. Specifically, this means:

• You will work closely with consultants to develop proposals tailored to customer needs and participate in complex visits to answer technical questions, reassure customers, and present the benefits of investment solutions.
• You will master all of the bank's investment solutions and their technical intricacies by using your ability to tailor BCVS solutions to client needs.
• They train advisors on new products, services, market developments, and best practices for presenting investment products.
• They ensure that every offer meets customer needs and complies with legal requirements (LSFin).
• You identify opportunities and risks in order to position products appropriately and analyze the potential of existing customers.

Requirements

This position is suitable for you if:

• You have a business degree (HES/Master's in Economics/Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, including 3 years in a similar role as an investment advisor or seller of financial products in Switzerland.
• You have good written and spoken French and English skills, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You describe yourself as flexible and adaptable and are able to work with different teams.
• You have excellent communication skills and offer constructive solutions.
• You are known for your strong focus on results.
