Investment Specialist

Tasks

As an Investment Specialist, your mission is to increase the adoption of investment products among clients, working closely with advisors. You are the point of reference for promoting and placing all investment solutions. Your main goal is to convert clients' static liquidity into value-enhancing investments. To do this, you accompany advisors on client visits. Specifically, this means:

• Work closely with consultants to develop tailored proposals for clients and participate in complex client meetings to answer technical questions, reassure clients, and demonstrate the value of investment solutions.
• Mastery of all the bank's investment solutions and their technical intricacies in order to tailor the bank's solutions to the needs of its clients.
• Training for advisors on new products, services, market trends, and best practices for presenting investment products.
• Ensuring that every quote template meets customer needs and complies with legal requirements (LSFin).
• Identification of opportunities and risks in order to position products appropriately and analyze the potential of the existing customer base.

Requirements

This position is suitable for you if:

• You have a business degree (HES/Master's in Economics/Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, including 3 years in a similar role as an investment advisor or financial products sales representative in Switzerland.
• You have good written and spoken French and English skills, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You describe yourself as flexible and adaptable and are able to work with different teams.
• You have excellent communication skills and offer constructive solutions.
• You are known for your strong focus on results.
