Investment Specialist

Tasks

You will work closely with advisors to develop tailored proposals for clients and participate in complex meetings to answer technical questions, reassure clients, and highlight the added value of investment solutions. You will have a thorough understanding of the bank’s full range of investment solutions and their technical nuances, leveraging your ability to combine solutions based on client needs. You will train advisors on new products, performance, market strategies, and best practices for presenting investment solutions. You will ensure that each proposal aligns with the client’s needs while adhering to the legal framework. You will identify opportunities and risks to position products effectively and analyze the potential of the existing client base.

Requirements

• Business degree (HES/Master’s in Economics/Finance) or equivalent
• At least 5 years' experience in finance, including 3 years in a similar role in investment consulting or financial product sales in Switzerland
• Good written and spoken French and English skills, knowledge of German is an asset
• A flexible person who can adapt to new situations and personalities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a consistent presence
