Investment Specialist
The Investment Specialist works closely with advisors to develop offers tailored to client needs and presents the advantages of investment solutions. The position requires at least 5 years of experience in the financial sector and a degree in economics or finance.
Tasks
You will work closely with advisors to develop tailored offers for clients and participate in complex meetings to answer technical questions, reassure clients, and present the added value of investment solutions. You will master all of the bank's investment solutions and their technical intricacies, leveraging your ability to combine solutions according to client needs. You will train advisors on new products, performance, market strategies, and best practices for presenting investment solutions. You will ensure that each proposal meets client needs, taking into account the legal framework (FinSA). You will identify opportunities and risks in order to position products appropriately and analyze the potential of the existing client base.Requirements
- Business degree (HES/Master's in economics/finance) or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in finance, including 3 years in a similar role in investment consulting or financial product sales in Switzerland
- Good written and spoken French and English skills, knowledge of German is an asset
- A flexible person who can adapt to new situations and personalities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and constructive mindset
