Job Description
The Private Markets Financial Operations team is looking for an experienced candidate to join our Investor Reporting team on a 12-month temporary basis, ideally starting mid-September 2025.
The team focuses on serving investors and internal stakeholders with fund-related information and contributes to the overall investor experience.
Main tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries and concerns to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Represent the department in cross-functional strategic initiatives and projects, acting as the voice of Investor Reporting.
- Develop, implement and improve internal procedures and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive issues within the team and from external stakeholders.
- Oversee the review of regulatory reporting submissions to ensure full compliance with relevant guidelines and deadlines.
- Coordinating and conducting quality assurance reviews of results prepared by other teams and relating to investor reporting.
- Make operational decisions at team level, manage risks and ensure excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in the private equity industry, with strong exposure to investor reporting, fund operations or financial reporting.
- Professional qualification in finance or accounting (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high performance teams.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and industry reporting requirements in the private equity space.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal confidently with senior stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities effectively.
