Missions

• They are the first point of contact for distributors and direct investors in the private markets sector;
• They support distributors and investors with various inquiries;
• You create and keep scheduled reports available;
• Participate in the preparation of allocation forms and any regulatory and/or legal documents applicable to private markets funds managed by the team;
• They coordinate financing, underwriting, transfer and closing processes with distributors, investors and transfer agents;
• They prepare investor transactions and instruct the administrator accordingly;
• They monitor compliance with investor profiles/appointments in accordance with prospectus rules;
• You will participate in the improvement of the operating model, process definition and documentation as well as the setup/maintenance of MIS;

Requirements

Degree and training

• Minimum degree: Bac +5 / M2 and more
• Education/specialization: Bachelor's or Master's degree in banking/finance/law

Experience

• At least 2-5 years experience
• 2-4 years of experience in asset management/management of private assets funds (primary, secondary and co-investment), preferably in a wealth asset management environment

Wanted skills

• Good knowledge of AFM-MIFID rules and regulations
• Previous experience in a similar field is an advantage
• You are a problem solver and have demonstrated good communication skills
• Your precision and rigor are appreciated by your colleagues and external contacts
• Your team spirit, sense of responsibility and multitasking skills will be the key to your success
