Job Summary

As a Deposit and Custody Analyst in Private Bank Deposits and Custody, you will support advisors and clients by providing reliable deposit and custody solutions that help clients achieve their goals. You will perform daily activities for our Geneva platform, maintain accurate and controlled transactions, and collaborate with product, operations, and external providers. We work with care, speed, and integrity, and value inclusive, transparent collaboration. Together, we transform strong execution into better client outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Support for advisors with deposit and custody solutions for clients and prospects
  • Creation and maintenance of customer presentation materials and documentation
  • Collaborate with product teams to review features and confirm rollout readiness
  • Monitoring and approval of deposit transactions in the order management system
  • Communication with external providers for the coordination of fiduciary transactions
  • Review and approval of deviations and exceptions from fiduciary fees
  • Review and approval of custody fee exemption requests with appropriate controls
  • Performing daily interest rate uploads and implementing timely interest rate changes
  • Conducting checks and audit tests on the Swiss platform
  • Closing control findings and maintaining clear documentation standards
  • Investigation and resolution of errors, escalation of problems if necessary
  • Collaboration on ad hoc initiatives

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in private banking with experience in deposits or custody preferred
  • Working knowledge of financial markets and interest rate drivers
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to create customer presentation materials
  • Fluent English with clear, professional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with consultants, product, operations, and external vendors
  • Problem-solving mindset with responsibility for results
  • Commitment to an inclusive culture and respect for diverse perspectives

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Tableau, Python, or Alteryx for reporting and analysis
  • Strong presentation skills for consultant briefings and client meetings
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects and process improvements
