IT Analyst and Software Engineer

Tasks

• Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements for the development of new systems or the improvement of existing ones—including existing frameworks and technologies.
• Developing and testing software solutions to ensure high-quality and reliable products.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in our systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand specific project needs and goals.
• Updates on the latest IT tools and technologies, as well as suggestions for increasing productivity and efficiency.
• Creating diagrams and charts to visually represent complex information and improve understanding of the project.
• Development, coordination, and analysis of requirements across the entire business area, policy, and the healthcare portfolio system. Support in resolving business problems and issues.
• Design and monitoring of applications for the technical system—or migration options including workflows, user roles, interfaces, and health check functions—across the entire industrial platform (and the main SAP system).
• Identifying and addressing gaps in the platform workflow and architecture—including system integration, transaction optimization, automation, and management.
• Support and management of on-site support requests via CRM for customers, partners, end users, and system operators, as well as for cloud-based applications.
• Support and comprehensive documentation.
• Analyze and understand the IT journey in the construction industry, including the design, construction, and operations cycles—ensuring compliance, tracking the master plan, and monitoring the work.
• Developing well-designed integration concepts and specifications. This may involve the use of blockchain tools (Hyper, Oracle, or C3MS) for data that requires immutable structures and clear ownership.
• Data and data transformation between systems using open-source languages to ensure secure, traceable, and future-proof systems.
• Management, analysis, and troubleshooting of API calls, RESTful, SOAP, GraphQL, or database integrations between internal and external data.
• Provision of EC2- and Lambda-based support for scaling containers. Free resources for the custom scaling environment and funding fees.
• Work closely with customers, business units, and functions to ensure alignment with business needs, technical decisions, and schedules.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Participation in strategic IT projects on-site, utilizing internal technical resources and, when necessary, third-party resources.
• Identifying and resolving issues in the code and database performance for multiple applications.
• Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts to ensure data integrity.
• Performing data migration, backup, and recovery processes to ensure data availability.
• Preparation and maintenance of relational database configurations, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
