Requirements

• Vocational training as a customer service representative or equivalent qualification
• Support, Expertise, IT Skills
• Experience in dealing with customers and in the service sector
• Prior knowledge of customer and document interfaces
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Proficient in Using the MS Office Suite
• Flexibility at the district and cantonal levels at Raiffeisen locations
