IT Application Support Specialist – 2nd Level Support (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an IT Application Support Specialist for 2nd-level support who will ensure the reliable operation of core banking systems through effective incident management and application support. The ideal candidate has experience in application support, particularly with ServiceNow, and strong communication skills.
Tasks
- End-user and platform support for ServiceNow, including incident and request handling, troubleshooting access and workflow issues, and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with SLAs.
- Maintain system stability by monitoring tickets, coordinating with technical teams, and assisting users with guidance on ServiceNow processes and best practices.
- Ensuring the operation of core banking applications with regard to application management (Level 2 support)
- Processing incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within the SLAs
- Performing coordination and communication tasks between incident managers, application service owners, third-level support, and other IT and business stakeholders
- Assumption of periodic on-call duty (24/7, weekly)
Requirements
- ServiceNow Specialist/Administrator Support Skills
- Completed IT education (degree in computer science or other IT-related certification)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in application support

- Strong written and spoken English skills; German is a plus
