IT auditor

Job description

The position of Internal Auditor (IT & Info Sec) is part of the Group Internal Audit (GIA) team and has primary responsibility for key locations in Asia and Zurich. The Internal Auditor will be part of a dynamic and highly collaborative team and will be responsible for leading investigations.

Tasks

The main tasks include:

• Planning and execution of audit assignments within budget and deadlines
• Ensuring that audit documentation complies with audit standards and internal audit methodology
• Independent assessment of the severity of identified problems and associated risks
• Preparation and finalization of audit reports and recommendations
• Follow up on audit findings and verify that management has implemented appropriate corrective actions
• Supporting and participating in the annual risk assessment and audit planning process
• Effective and collaborative work in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

The requirements for the internal auditor include:

• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in auditing, risk management, IT, and information security or related fields, preferably in the banking industry
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure security and processes
• Extensive knowledge of local banking and regulatory requirements, particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong
