The position of IT Auditor at Julius Baer involves responsibility for conducting audits in the areas of IT and information security. The IT Auditor will be part of a dynamic and highly collaborative team and will be responsible for leading audits and investigations.

Your challenge

The most important tasks include:

• Planning and execution of audit assignments within the planned timeframe and budget
• Ensuring that audit documentation complies with audit standards and internal audit methodology
• Independent assessment of the severity of identified problems and associated risks
• Preparation and finalization of audit reports
• Tracking audit issues and conducting independent reviews to ensure that appropriate corrective actions have been implemented by management
• Support and contribution to the annual risk assessment and annual audit planning process
• Effective and cooperative work in interdisciplinary teams

Requirements

The requirements for IT auditors include:

• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
• At least a bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in audit, risk management, IT and information security or similar areas, preferably in the banking industry
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure security and processes
• Strong knowledge of local banking and relevant regulatory authority rules, particularly in Singapore and Hong Kong
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others in a dynamic, fast-paced, and geographically dispersed organization
