IT Business Analyst - Market Operations Division

Vos missions principales

• Assume operational and functional responsibility for a critical platform covering, in particular, foreign exchange (FX), money market, treasury products, and derivatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by streamlining repetitive manual tasks and developing monitoring mechanisms and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain monitoring and control tools (SQI, scripts, continuous automation) to improve operational efficiency and the quality of processing.
• Ensure documentation, application governance, and support during internal and external audits.

Votre profil

• A university degree, a degree from a university of applied sciences (HES), or an equivalent degree in finance, management information systems, or a related field.
• Experience in a role as an IT Business Analyst, Application Owner, or Application Manager at a bank, a trading floor, or a financial solutions provider.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and front-to-back processes (foreign exchange, money markets, securities, derivatives, treasury).
• Proficiency in relational databases and SQL; knowledge of Linux/Unix, scripting (shell), and monitoring tools is a significant asset.
• Strong skills in functional analysis, writing specifications, change management, and ensuring service continuity for mission-critical applications.
• Proven ability to analyze complex incidents, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and facilitate testing and change management.
• A commitment to continuous improvement, independence, a sense of responsibility, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills that enable you to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and a good command of professional English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in blockchain and AI is a plus.
• A Swiss resident or an intention to settle permanently in Switzerland.
