IT Business Manager (mid-level)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an IT Business Manager (mid-level) for a 12-month fixed-term position with the possibility of internalization. The successful candidate will assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects, organizational change, and communication within the company.

IT Business Manager (mid-level) - 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract via our external salary partner with immediate start for 12 months, with possible internalization)Your challenge
Support in planning and pursuing key initiatives:- Collecting, validating, and structuring data from various systems and stakeholders to enable effective planning and decision-making
- Prepare, maintain, and update personnel and resource planning trackers, and assist in preparing data for ad hoc requests.
- Help with identifying data inconsistencies and structuring corrective measures
- Performing regular data quality checks, maintaining an overview of planning documents, and ensuring consistency across dashboards and trackers
- Support with background research and preparation of decision-making documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribution with practical ideas for the continuous improvement of our department and modern working methods
- Support in consolidating presentation materials and content for project/board meetings, town halls, etc.
- Supporting internal communications execution (reports, articles, etc.) to ensure consistency and timeliness of content delivery
- Supporting the coordination of internal/external initiatives at a global level (including hackathons, etc.)
- Maintaining structured document repositories and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of internal IT processes and key materials
- Monitoring the implementation of organizational change initiatives in collaboration with departments, tracking action items, and updating trackers
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex IT challenges
- Financial competence: Solid understanding of financial concepts and IT controlling principles. Ability to perform financial analyses, prepare budgets, and optimize IT investments in collaboration with our IT controlling unit.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Previous experience in a similar role or environment, preferably within a global IT company, is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Proven project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
