The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operational governance, documentation management, or service management, and will possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Description
The DataOps Services department is looking for an experienced professional to serve as Data Service Manager. The mission of DataOps Services is to ensure the reliable and efficient management of all data interfaces supported by our data platform.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Coordination of operational activities related to data integration services
- Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of business processes
- Development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of documentation and operational processes
- Collaborate with IT, production support, and business teams to strengthen governance around data integration processes
- Ensuring the traceability, consolidation, and regular analysis of performance indicators
Requirements and qualifications
The requirements include:- At least 5 years of experience in operational governance, document management, service management, or PMO roles in a data center or IT environment
- Proven experience in managing and monitoring SLAs and SOPs
- Strong writing, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven experience in tracking performance metrics and preparing service quality reports
- Strong knowledge of data integration and data platform environments
- Strong communication and interaction skills
