- Database Architect & Operations Engineer
- Database architecture must be a stable and efficient process within the broader data architecture team and among our data analysts. This Database Architect position oversees your operational systems across the entire group's systems.

- In this role, we are seeking capable individuals to enhance strategic knowledge of General Operational Practices (GOPS) and existing capabilities while fostering team collaboration and strengthening departmental skills to ensure successful teaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational services related to data management that encompass the capabilities offered by the Analytic Data Management services—change management, stable projects, SLA management, and the establishment of performance standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and maintain the ongoing operation of the data and automation systems infrastructure and databases.
- Raise issues with the process owner or coordinator.
- Create, maintain, and contribute regular documentation and visual presentations in SQL-optimized formats, as well as reports on operational capabilities, capacities, and stability.
- Work closely with IT to ensure product stability and conduct an in-depth review and inspection to ensure that all process components are accounted for in the new daily routine for the next period.
- Proper instability coordination and repair issues with a platform application (SQL Server, BI tools, operational tools, remote collaboration).
- Identify and resolve system-level and operational process-level issues.
- Design and resolution of issues related to the management of business information and infrastructure, desktop applications, and core operational services, with a focus on exploring and investigating problem-solving strategies.
- Identify issues and address gaps, including (a) performance impact; (a) identify concerns: browser launch, alerts, and dashboards.
- Continue to evaluate process and/or workload operations to maintain consistent performance levels as future processes and environmental improvements are implemented.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge and experience in operational services management, the data management sector, technical support, and IT (SQL or other data platforms). The following experience is a plus for this role:
- Proven experience in managing the operation and monitoring of ALTO, OPS, and data storage, including SQL and other data platforms, using any SQL and data monitoring tools (monitoring and reporting tools).
- A strong, sound, independent, and analytical mind with a proven ability to manage tasks independently and perform reliably under pressure.
