Tasks
- Monitoring the entire application lifecycle to ensure stability, performance, and reliable delivery of key IT systems and services
- Performing incident and problem management to maintain service continuity
- Driving critical delivery processes, including release and test management
- Management of solutions from concept to production – business analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and provision of fixes (RIB) and changes (CIB) in coordination with suppliers/software providers/stakeholders
- Coordination of environment and service setup
- Close collaboration with business partners, managers, application engineers, and other stakeholders
- Understanding of IT governance processes, budgeting, resource planning, and high-level risk management
- Development, testing, and deployment in accordance with standards and best practices
- Promotion of agile methods and tools
