About the job

In this role, you will oversee the entire application lifecycle, ensuring the stability, performance, and reliable delivery of critical IT systems and services. You will lead incident and problem management to maintain service continuity, and also drive key delivery processes such as release and test management. In addition, you will be responsible for accompanying solutions from conception to production—business analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of fixes (RIB) and changes (CIB) in coordination with suppliers, software vendors, and stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Ensuring stable applications/services, incident and problem management, application lifecycle, release and test management
• Business analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of fixes (RIB) and changes (CIB) in coordination with suppliers, software providers, and stakeholders
• Coordination of environment and service setup
• Close collaboration with business partners, application developers, and other stakeholders
• High-level understanding of IT governance processes, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
• Development, testing, and deployment according to standards and best practices
• Promotion of agile methods and tools
