Tasks

In this role, you will oversee the entire application lifecycle and ensure the stability, performance, and reliable delivery of critical IT systems and services. You will lead incident and problem management to maintain service continuity and drive critical delivery processes such as release and test management. In addition, you will be responsible for guiding solutions from conception through to production—including business analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of fixes (RIB) and changes (CIB)—in coordination with suppliers, software vendors, and stakeholders.

• High-level understanding of IT governance processes, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
• Development, testing, and deployment in accordance with standards and best practices
• Promotion of agile methods and tools
