The position as IT DevOps - Flowable ITSO 100% (f/m/d) involves monitoring the entire application lifecycle to ensure the stability, performance, and reliable delivery of critical IT systems and services.Tasks
The main tasks include:- Ensuring stable applications/services, incident and problem management, application lifecycle, release and test management
- Business analysis, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment of fixes (RIB) and changes (CIB) in coordination with suppliers, software providers, and stakeholders
- Coordination of environment and service setup
- Close collaboration with business partners, application developers, and other stakeholders
- High-level understanding of IT governance processes, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
- Development, testing, and deployment according to standards and best practices
- Promotion of agile methods and tools
