IT Infrastructure Project Lead 100% (contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 30.06.2026 with possible extension)Tasks
- Monitoring of automation or provisioning, scaling, monitoring and patch activities
- Maintenance of documentation, runbooks and provision of instructions for development and operations teams
- Continuous improvement of the platform based on feedback, incidents and evolving business requirements
Requirements
- University degree in computer science, IT or a related field
- Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (> CHF 1M budget), including full lifecycle management and cloud migration initiatives
- Practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s) platforms such as VMware TKG (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid Integrated), vSphere with Kubernetes (VKS) and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKOS/AKS)
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and automation in hybrid environments
- Proven ability to manage third party vendors and deliver complex projects using traditional and agile methodologies
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including financial control, reporting and governance
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
- Strong collaboration skills with a talent for stakeholder coordination, relationship management and cross-functional alignment
