IT Integration Specialist Billing & Payments (f/m/d)

Zurich Cantonal Bank is looking for an IT integration specialist for its Billing & Payments division who will focus on integrating purchased software into the IT landscape and who has experience in application management and system integration. The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary DevOps team and will contribute to the further development of processes and solutions.

Job description

The DevOps Team Plankton is responsible for the operation and continuous development of the standard software solutions SIC and CLS PayPlus, as well as the internal sanctions filter, which are essential for secure and efficient payment transactions. With a ten-member interdisciplinary team of dedicated specialists and IT experts, the DevOps Team Plankton ensures the smooth integration of the systems. The team combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to provide reliable solutions.

Tasks

Your focus will encompass all aspects of integrating purchased software into our IT landscape. This includes coordinating software partners and various internal competence centers, as well as the actual implementation with the team. You will contribute your ideas and expertise to a motivated DevOps team and actively help shape the further development of processes and solutions. In close cooperation with the specialist departments and software manufacturers, you will integrate and operate software solutions in the application landscape. You will work closely with various specialist departments and the infrastructure teams.

Requirements

- You have extensive experience as an application manager or system integrator across the entire lifecycle of a business application—from initial implementation and operation to the further development of purchased software - You have good practical knowledge of Linux servers, Unix shell scripting, databases, and connecting applications to peripheral systems - Knowledge of infrastructure platforms such as IBM MQ Series, LINUX, Ingres, and Oracle DB - Knowledge of technologies such as Podman, Keycloak, and Karaf or programming languages such as Perl and Python is a plus—but not a must - You have very good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level)
