IT Integration Specialist: Service & Sales (m/f/d)

Tasks

The DevOps Team Kolibri is responsible for the integration of standard software solutions (service and sales management, call center solution, customer online consulting, voice biometrics, emergency operation solution) – either as SaaS or on-premise – as well as their operation. Your focus will encompass all aspects of integrating purchased software into our IT landscape. This includes coordinating software partners and various internal competence centers, as well as the actual implementation with the team.

• Implement exciting projects in the area of sales using agile methods (SAFe)
• Performing all tasks in the DevOps team and assuming the role of application and/or operations manager for individual applications/systems

Requirements

• Solid education in the field of computer science
• Extensive experience as an application manager, system integrator, or software developer across the entire lifecycle of a business application—from initial implementation and operation to the further development of purchased software
• Good knowledge of infrastructure platforms such as Linux, Windows, MS SQL, and Oracle DB
• Good knowledge of network and IT security
• Good practical knowledge of shell scripting and connecting applications to peripheral systems
• Knowledge of technologies/tools such as Nexus, Git, Jenkins, Grafana, and an interest in new technologies
• Very good German language skills (at least B2 level) in spoken and written German, as well as good English language skills (at least C1 level)
