The IT Manager leads automation initiatives and system development across the entire technology landscape, bringing hands-on experience with Jira workflows, BPM platforms, and OutSystems, as well as strong development skills in .NET and cloud operations on AWS.Tasks
- Manage and oversee automation projects using Jira, BPM tools, and OutSystems to optimize business processes.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and integrations using .NET technologies.
- Ensuring robust and scalable cloud infrastructure management in AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement technical solutions.
- Maintaining high standards for system performance, security, and reliability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management with a focus on automation and systems development.
- Strong knowledge of Jira (workflow automation), BPM platforms, and OutSystems.
- Solid development experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
- Practical experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications
