Job Description

The IT Manager leads automation initiatives and systems development across our technology landscape, bringing hands-on experience with Jira workflows, BPM platforms, and OutSystems, as well as strong development skills in .NET and cloud operations on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage automation projects using Jira, BPM tools, and OutSystems to streamline business processes.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and integrations using .NET technologies.
• Ensure robust and scalable cloud infrastructure management within AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and implement technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management with a focus on automation and systems development.
• Strong proficiency in Jira (workflow automation), BPM platforms, and OutSystems.
• Solid background in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in AWS, OutSystems, or BPM tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Compliance with principles, laws, rules, and regulations related to anti-money laundering and the Bank Secrecy Act, as well as Itaú's related policies and procedures
