IT Project Lead - Finance Projects 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an IT Project Lead - Finance Projects who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing IT projects in the finance department. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management with budgets exceeding CHF 1 million and strong communication skills.
Tasks
Responsible for planning, executing, and managing IT projects efficiently and effectively. Managing project teams, resources, budgets, schedules, and ensuring that IT projects align with organizational goals and objectives.Your requirements
- Experience in managing projects with CTB budgets exceeding CHF 1 million using traditional methodologies
- Experience in managing projects with external and third-party solutions
- Close collaboration with multiple teams and coordination across various stakeholders (IT and business)
- Ability to handle all administrative aspects of project management, including reporting and financial control
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fast learner with solid knowledge of business context and project governance
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence
