IT Project Lead Financial Master Information 100% (m/f/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 3 months with possible internalization)Tasks
- Planning and execution of PI Planning and various agile ceremonies
- Proper requirements management
- Support with external provider and supplier management
- Responsibility for project-specific delivery based on defined scope, time, quality and cost
- Ensuring project compliance with project governance and minimum standards
- Responsibility for the successful handover of the solution to the operations organizations
Requirements
- Experience in the management of projects with respective CTB budgets > 1 million CHF in classical methodology
- Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution partners
- Enjoy close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between different stakeholders (IT and business)
- Ability to take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fast learner and understanding of the business context and project governance
- Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Solid skills in Jira and Confluence
- Project management certification or equivalent qualification / experience
- Communication, problem solving, social interaction & intercultural attitude, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
