IT Project Lead - Personal Account Transaction Suite 100% (f/m/d)
The Julius Bär Group is seeking an experienced IT project manager to lead the implementation of the Personal Account Transaction Suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project from planning through to handover to the operations and support teams and should have experience managing budgets exceeding 2 million CHF and hold project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Tasks
- Responsible for end-to-end project delivery in accordance with the defined scope, timeline, quality, and cost - Ensuring a smooth handoff of the solution to the operations and support teams upon completionYour profile
- Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding 2 million CHF using traditional methodologies within financial institutions
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, balanced by the ability to challenge others constructively and stand one's ground when necessary
- Knowledge of compliance or Personnel Account Transactions (PAT) is a plus
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- Independent, organized, and able to manage administrative and financial aspects independently
- Strong skills in Jira and Confluence, knowledge of agile practices (e.g., ceremonies)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, social interaction skills, a cross-cultural mindset, empathy, and relationship management skills, combined with a can-do attitude
