IT Project Lead - Personal Account Transaction Suite 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Responsible for end-to-end project delivery in accordance with the defined scope, timeline, quality, and cost - Ensuring a smooth handoff of the solution to the operations and support teams upon completion

Your requirements

• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding 2 million CHF using traditional methodologies within financial institutions
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, balanced by the ability to challenge others constructively and defend positions when necessary
• Knowledge of compliance or Personnel Account Transactions (PAT) is a plus
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
• Independent, organized, and able to manage administrative and financial aspects independently
• Strong skills in Jira and Confluence, knowledge of agile practices (e.g., ceremonies)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, social interaction skills, a cross-cultural mindset, empathy, and relationship management skills, combined with a can-do attitude
