IT Project Lead - Personal Account Transaction Suite 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

The tasks include managing the implementation of the Personal Account Transaction (PAT) Suite. This includes:

• Comply with minimum standards, particularly with regard to data protection and regulatory requirements
• Smooth handover of the solution to the operations and support teams upon completion

Your profile

For this position, we are looking for an experienced IT project manager with the following profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• Experience in managing projects with budgets exceeding CHF 1 million using traditional methods within financial institutions
• Knowledge of compliance or personal account transactions is an advantage.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
• Independent, organized, and able to manage administrative and financial aspects independently
• Solid skills in Jira and Confluence, understanding of agile working methods (e.g., ceremonies)
• Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction and cross-cultural mindset, empathy and relationship management, can-do attitude
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with business and technical stakeholders, as well as with different stakeholder groups
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages, especially German, is an advantage.
