IT Project Lead - Regulatory Transaction Reporting & Client Tax Reporting

Tasks

We are looking for an experienced IT project manager to manage changes to the applications for regulatory transaction reporting and client tax reporting.

Your requirements

• Experience in managing projects with corresponding CTB budgets > 1 million CHF using traditional methods
• Solid technical foundation with knowledge of Java, data integration principles, and application development
• Strong technical foundation with understanding of Java, data integration, and application development
• Experience in managing projects with external/third-party solution providers
• Enjoy close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between different stakeholders (IT and business)
• Ability to handle the administrative aspects of the project (reporting, financial control, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Solid skills in Jira and Confluence
• Communication, problem solving, social interaction and cross-cultural mindset, empathy and relationship management

We offer

A position as IT Project Manager for Regulatory Transaction Reporting and Client Tax Reporting with a contract through our external payroll partner, starting immediately until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
