Job description
IT Project Manager - 80 -100% (m,f,d)Tasks
- Development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, resource allocation, risk assessments and stakeholder communication
 - Establishing and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographically dispersed locations, fostering collaboration and accountability
 - Drive planning, coordination and execution of implementation, system integration testing, UAT and production deployment
 - Continuous monitoring of project performance, tracking progress, controlling costs, ensuring quality and proactive risk and change management
 - Act as primary point of contact between project teams, program management office (PMO), business partners, IT departments and external suppliers/partners
 - Leading and facilitating regular status reviews, steering committee meetings and change control board meetings to ensure transparency and decision-making efficiency
 - Alignment of project deliveries with overarching business objectives, regulatory requirements and enterprise IT architecture standards
 - Effectively managing stakeholder expectations, balancing competing demands in a fast-paced, evolving environment
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field
 - At least 8 years of experience in managing complex IT programs, ideally in private banks or financial services institutions
 - Successful experience in leading medium to large scale digital transformation or core system modernization initiatives
 - Mastery of traditional (Waterfall) and agile project management methods (Scrum, SAFe), with flexibility to apply hybrid approaches
 - Proficient in the use of project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and the wider Microsoft Office suite
 - Formal certifications are preferred: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM), CSP or SAFe Agilist
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
