Julius Baer is looking for an IT Project Manager for the ROC Delivery Cluster who will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of IT projects. The position is advertised as a full-time position with a contract until 31.10.2026 (with possible extension).

IT Project Manager - ROC Delivery Cluster 100% (contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.10.2026 with possible extension)Tasks
- Facilitate regular status meetings, steering meeting updates and change control boards with departmental and intra-departmental partners
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business priorities and IT architecture principles
Requirements
- Senior project manager with experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably in financial services or private banking environments
- Proven track record of delivering medium to large scale IT initiatives from initiation to completion
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite
- Formal certification desirable: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), SAFe or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are a plus
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment
