Julius Baer is looking for an IT Project Manager for the ROC Delivery Cluster to manage complex IT projects in the area of Wealth Management. The position is advertised as a full-time position with a contract until 31.10.2026 (with possible extension).

IT Project Manager - ROC Delivery Cluster 100% (contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.10.2026 with possible extension)Tasks
- About departments; and intra- and inter-party partners
- Regular status meetings, steering meeting updates and change control boards facilitate
- Manage expectations and ensure they are aligned with business priorities and IT architecture principles
Requirements
- Senior project manager with experience in agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a similar field
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex IT projects, preferably in financial services or private banking environments
- Successful track record in the implementation of medium-sized to large IT initiatives from initiation to completion
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite
- Formal certification desirable: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM/CSP), SAFe or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (German, Spanish) are a plus
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- High level of personal responsibility and ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment
