Senior Officer, IT Regulatory Change

Tasks

• End-to-end responsibility for evaluating and implementing corporate and regulatory programs in a highly regulated banking environment.
• Serves as a critical link between technology delivery and regulatory compliance to ensure that all initiatives meet the highest governance standards.
• Develop and prioritize delivery plans in close collaboration with various IT project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Providing credible, objective reports and tailored delivery recommendations to senior managers and governance bodies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage technology and regulatory programs in a banking or complex financial services environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Hong Kong's regulatory framework in the field of information technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and regulatory concepts in a way that is understandable to various audiences.
• Proficiency in English is required (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptable and willing to work across various disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a solid understanding of different business areas.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently achieve established goals and objectives within strict deadlines.
