IT Requirement Engineer / Business Analyst - Treasury 100% (m/f/d) (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start date until December 31, 2026, with possible extension)Tasks
- Supporting the testing process in defining and monitoring test cases, as well as testing relevant processes and involved stakeholders
- Ensure that all project documentation, including business requirements, use cases and functional specifications, is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in treasury or financial services
- Experience with treasury implementations or similar large-scale treasury projects is highly desirable.
- Enjoy close interaction with multiple teams and interaction between different stakeholders (IT and business)
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Fast learner and understanding of the business context and existing legacy systems
- Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Requirements engineering certification or equivalent qualification/experience
- Fluent in English (spoken/written), knowledge of German is highly desirable
- Communication, problem solving, social interaction & intercultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
