IT Requirement Engineer for Negative Interest Rate 100% (m/f/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 31.12.2025 with possible internalization)

Tasks

• Analyze business requirements to identify gaps, inconsistencies and areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine and finalize requirements
• Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models, workflows and interface definitions, to guide the development of solutions that meet business requirements
• Ensuring architectural compliance with governance and minimum standards
• Supporting the test process in defining test cases and monitoring the test execution of relevant processes and stakeholder input
• Ensure that all project documentation, including business requirements, use cases and functional specifications, is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in treasury or financial services
• Experience with negative interest rate implementations or similar large-scale treasury projects is highly desirable
• Enjoy close interaction with multiple teams and interaction between different stakeholders (IT and business)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fast learner and understanding of the business context and existing legacy systems
• Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Requirements engineering certification or equivalent qualification / experience
• Communication, problem solving, social interaction & intercultural attitude, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
