- Defining structured GRC and IT risk processes, and promoting internal development - Management, development, and evaluation of IT controls and their ongoing review - Monitoring of operational risks (KRIs/KPIs) and management of risk registers and dashboards - Representing ITSM capabilities and supporting teams in BCM coordination and recovery test planning - Ensuring IT compliance and coordinating internal and external audits - Supporting internal projects and functions, serving as a liaison for IT risk issues

Requirements

• You love working with others to drive change and feel at home in a rapidly evolving environment
• You take an analytical approach to identifying risks, making quick, well-informed decisions, and communicating them effectively
• You have several years of experience in IT risk management, GRC, ITSM, or a similar role
• You have in-depth knowledge of IT risks, IT security, control systems, and frameworks
• You are familiar with regulated environments and the relevant FINMA requirements
• You have a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
• Ideally, you have one or more professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISSP, CISM)
• Ideally, you have experience in technical or personnel management
