* Defining structured GRC and IT risk processes, promoting internal development * Management, development, and evaluation of IT controls and their ongoing review * Monitoring of operational risks (KRIs/KPIs) and management of risk registers and dashboards * Representing the ITSM function and supporting teams in BCM coordination and recovery test planning * Ensuring IT compliance and coordinating internal and external audits * Supporting internal projects and functions, serving as a liaison for IT risk issues

• Ideally, you have one or more professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISSP, CISM)
• Ideally, you have experience in technical or personnel management
