Your new job

As IT Risk Lead (m/f) (80–100%), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Defining structured GRC and IT risk processes; promoting internal development
• Management, development, and evaluation of IT controls and their ongoing review
• Monitoring operational risks (KRIs / KPIs) and managing the risk register and dashboards
• Representing ITSM capabilities and supporting teams in BCM coordination and recovery test planning
• Ensuring IT compliance and coordinating internal and external audits
• Support for internal projects and functions; liaison for IT risk issues

• is familiar with regulated environments and relevant FINMA requirements
• holds a bachelor's or master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a relevant field of study
• ideally holds one or more professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISSP, CISM)
• ideally has experience in technical or personnel management
