- Responsible for mitigating and managing technology risks in line with Julius Baer's defined risk budget while creating a robust control environment.
- Supporting and assisting risk owners in the development of risk mitigation strategies for operational risk items.
- As an interface to IT for internal and external auditors such as GIA and KPMG.
- Interface to the CRO and information security.
- Ensuring consistent IT risk reporting across functions and organizations.
Requirements
- Relevant engineering educational and/or professional background.
- High attention to quality management, operational resilience and IT security.
- Independent, efficient, proactive and diligent way of working.
- Good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding and experience in business analysis and technology requirements.
