The IT Sector Lead for Global Shared Services is responsible for managing three teams that provide IT services for global platforms and develop applications. The candidate should have experience in IT leadership, strategic planning, and team management.

Tasks
- Contributing to the strategy of the IT division and ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the bank and the division
- Management of 3 teams ensuring the provision of global platforms for various business domains
- Ensuring sound personnel and succession planning for key positions
- Vendor and license management, platform strategy, guidelines, and guardrails
- Stakeholder management in close coordination with business, domain responsibility, IT architecture, and offices in Switzerland, Europe, and APAC
- Budgeting and cost management for operations and competence center
- Project and order responsibility for small IT orders
- Monitoring effective risk management and the resolution of architecture or governance exceptions
- Avoiding and tracking architectural debt, risk mitigation measures, vulnerabilities, and other exceptions
- Focus on achieving the best results for internal customers, stakeholders, and the bank
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven ability to lead managers in the IT sector
- Visionary thinking to design and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Highly decisive and results-oriented
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Executive certifications or training in leadership, IT governance and strategic management
