IT Security Specialist

Tasks

• Implementation and operation of internal security controls in on-premises systems, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft security tools, including:
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Microsoft Purview Compliance, Information Protection, DLP
  • Intune / MDM and Endpoint Security Controls
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MCAS)
• Definition, consolidation, and documentation of security standards, configurations, and processes.
• Ensure end-to-end security automation, orchestration, and reporting.
• Support for security audits, penetration tests, and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a key technical interface between IT, security, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT/information security or security operations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft security stack (Purview, DLP, MCAS, Intune/MDM, and cURL/on-premises security tools).
• Experience in cloud and on-premises security.
• Experience with cloud security.
• Experience in control-based and audit-driven environments (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
• A structured, documentation-oriented work style with a strong awareness of risk.
• English and fluent Spanish (C1+). German is a plus.
