IT Security and IT Risk Manager

Tasks

The "IT Security and Architecture" functional area supports the specialist departments in designing, structuring, and prioritizing measures to improve IT security, as well as in implementing bank-wide regulatory and control activities in the field of information technology, and carries these out. Your contribution:

• Responsibility for the ongoing development of the internal framework, processes, and other tools in the area of IT security and IT risk.
• Creation of IT security guidelines and continuous development.
• Representing IT security concerns in cross-departmental project groups and committees during the evaluation, conception, specification, and design of secure, requirement-friendly solutions.
• Evaluation of risk analyses and active support in the development and monitoring of security concepts.
• Identification and assessment of security risks and creation of proposed solutions and decision-making bases based on security requirements and needs.

Requirements

• University or technical college degree in computer science with a focus on IT security or comparable education and training in the field of information security.
• At least 3 years of solid professional experience as an IT security manager in the financial sector or in large companies.
• Very good understanding and practical experience in defining and implementing IT security management processes and implementation guidelines.
• Practical experience in supporting and implementing security projects and developing and refining security architectures.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, excellent communication skills, diplomatic skills, reliability and assertiveness, strong service and team orientation.
• Confident oral and written communication in German or French as well as in English.
