Join our dynamic and dedicated team at the LGT IT Service Desk at our Zurich location. Together with experienced colleagues, you’ll ensure smooth operations.

Your profile

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong commitment to customer service and IT technical expertise. You should have the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT support or an IT help desk is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of IT hardware, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, MS Office applications, MS Teams, as well as Apple devices and the iOS environment
• Strong IT skills and a strong commitment to service and quality
• An open, friendly, and flexible person who enjoys helping others, is willing to work flexible hours, is able to travel within Switzerland, and is available at all times to work shifts
