IT Service Excellence and Continuity Manager

The IT Service Excellence and Continuity Manager (m/f/d) at Julius Baer is responsible for improving IT operational standards, processes, risks and controls, particularly in the area of IT service continuity and resilience. The role also includes the management of ITSM concepts, recovery plans and the execution of recovery tests.

Tasks

  • Manage the improvement of the IT operations standards, processes, risks and controls, focusing especially on IT service continuity and resilience
  • Steer and manage the improvement of ITSM concepts, recovery plans and the overall planning/ execution of recovery tests
  • Drive IT service and regulatory reporting, orchestrate functional alignment meetings internationally

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the financial industry
  • Strong experience in IT Service Management, IT Governance, and IT Service Continuity Management
  • Very familiar with ITIL and/or COBIT frameworks
  • Strong communication skills in English; German is advantageous
