Tasks

• Manage and develop services related to Azure Cloud and Artificial Intelligence platforms
• Supporting and promoting standards in Windows, Linux, OpenShift
• Remaining open and curious about new technologies and assessing their potential value
• Continuous improvement of services to deliver value to Vontobel and its stakeholders and increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as an interface and coordinator between business, IT support, IT engineering and IT security
• Creation and maintenance of service documentation, user communication and manuals
• Leading or co-leading service-related projects from initiation to implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Information Technology or a similar field
• Experience or strong interest in Azure Cloud and willingness to learn
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies across different domains
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL and agile methods is a strong plus
• Experience with FinOps, reporting and data visualization tools
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, working together to achieve results
• Adept at prioritizing and focusing on delivering customer value
• An excellent communicator with a confident and open communication and a collaborative and supportive attitude
• Able to look at challenges from multiple perspectives and adapt the approach accordingly
